this is me.

The first thing you should know about me is that I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, better known as "LDS" or "Mormon." You can read more about my beliefs here.

I started writing songs as a teenager and since then my motto has been to positively motivate others through words and music. I earned a degree in Communications-Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University. After working in and out of television news, law firms, and substitute teaching assignments, I landed my dream job as a mother. I still enjoy sharing my music and beliefs with others while raising and nurturing my children.

I created anything virtuous to share my thoughts, helpful tips and uplifting messages. Through my experiences in work and life itself, I am quite aware of the messages that women and girls are pelted with every day. I'm tired of feeling down or disgusted when read or see things in magazines, TV, movies or the internet. I want to counteract those negative messages and make a positive difference. I believe we are all daughters of Heavenly parents and that we ought to be reminded of it often.
